These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Mikey Mattress promotional landing pages and any related website operated by Mikey Mattress (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Promotional pricing
Promotional pricing reflects current in-store offers, while floor stock lasts. Prices are subject to change without notice and may vary by location, model, and size. Advertised pricing reflects current promotional savings on in-stock inventory only and complies with each manufacturer's Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy. MSRP is the manufacturer's suggested retail price; actual savings vary by item, size, and location.
2. Financing
Financing at our West Hempstead, New York showroom is offered through Snap Finance and Synchrony, subject to credit approval. Any monthly payment estimates published on the Site are illustrative examples; your actual rate and payment will depend on your credit, purchase amount, and the terms you select. A down payment may be required. Loan and lease-to-own terms are between you and the financing provider; Mikey Mattress is not a party to the agreement. Full terms are provided in-store before you decide.
3. Military discount
The 10% active duty & veteran discount requires presentation of a valid military or veteran ID at the showroom at time of purchase. The discount is stackable with current promotional pricing as advertised, but cannot be combined with other in-store ID-verified discounts (e.g., first-responder, healthcare). Mikey Mattress reserves the right to verify ID and refuse application of the discount if verification is unavailable.
4. Same-day delivery
Same-day or next-day delivery is available on most in-stock models within our local Long Island delivery zone. Delivery zones, time-windows, and any applicable fees outside the free zone are confirmed at time of purchase. Setup and removal of your old mattress are included on local deliveries.
5. Brand names & trademarks
Mikey Mattress is an authorized dealer of Helix Sleep, Kingsdown, Brooklyn Bedding, MLILY, Leesa, Puffy, Nolah, and Birch by Helix. All brand names, logos, and trademarks displayed on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the products we carry. The use of these names and marks does not imply endorsement of Mikey Mattress by the brand owners beyond an authorized-dealer relationship.
6. Award marks
The "Best of Long Island 2026" mark is the property of the Bethpage Best of Long Island awards program. The "Treasure Coast 2025 Community's Choice" mark is the property of Hometown News Group / yourchoiceawards.com. Both marks are displayed on the Site with the permission of the respective award programs.
7. Testimonials
Customer testimonials, reviews, and video statements displayed on the Site reflect the personal experience of individual customers. Individual results may vary. Mikey Mattress does not compensate customers for testimonials. Where a material connection exists between Mikey Mattress and a testimonial-giver (for example, a referral incentive), that connection is disclosed in the testimonial.
8. Marketing communications
If you check the marketing-consent box on the contact form, you authorize Mikey Mattress to send you promotional text messages and emails at the phone number and email address you provided. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or click the unsubscribe link in any email. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
9. Site availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mikey Mattress is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
