- Phone number — so we can follow up to confirm your showroom visit.
- Email address — for confirmation and follow-up communications.
- What you're looking for — the dropdown selection and any notes you submit on the form, so our team can prepare for your visit.
- Marketing consent — whether you opted in to receive promotional texts and emails (TCPA-compliant explicit consent).
Information collected automatically
- Analytics data — pages viewed, time on page, referring site, device type, approximate location (city/region), and similar information via Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Conversion tracking — events such as form submissions, click-to-call taps, and outbound clicks, via Google Tag Manager and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel.
- Cookies and similar technologies — small files stored on your device to remember your preferences and measure ad performance.
3. Why we collect it
- To deliver leads to Mikey Mattress. When you submit the reserve form, your contact information is sent to our customer relationship management system (GoHighLevel) so Mike or his team can call or text you to confirm your visit.
- To improve our marketing. Analytics and conversion data help us measure which ads and pages perform best so we can spend our marketing budget wisely.
- To send you promotional offers — but only if you check the marketing consent box on the form. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or clicking unsubscribe in an email.
4. How long we keep it
We retain your contact information for as long as you remain a customer or prospect, and we will delete it within a reasonable time upon your request. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' default retention period (14 months for user-level data, then aggregated). Marketing consent records are retained as required by federal and state telemarketing law (typically four to five years).
5. Third parties we share information with
We share your information only with vendors that help us run the business. Specifically:
- GoHighLevel (GHL) — our customer relationship management system, where form submissions are routed for follow-up.
- Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager — for traffic analytics and conversion tracking.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel — for conversion tracking on Meta-platform ads.
- Affirm — if you apply for financing, your information is shared with Affirm under their separate Privacy Policy at affirm.com/privacy.
- SMS/email service providers — to deliver the marketing messages you've opted in to.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your information for cross-context behavioral advertising outside of the analytics and ad-conversion partners listed above.
